With Pilates, we offer full-body conditioning training that focuses on alignment, breathing and strengthening of the deep muscles.
Regular training improves posture and your relationship to the body, allows your joints and muscles to gain flexibility, and helps you recover from injuries.
You feel more upright, stronger and livelier - simply more natural.
Pregnancy Pilates
In addition to our regular Pilates offerings, we also offer training sessions for women before and after childbirth. These work on the abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles that were previously subject to significant strain. The stability of the lower back and pelvis is promoted, and the rectus abdominis muscles are reconnected. This strengthens you for your new everyday life.
